Frequently Asked Questions - Print Resources

Yes! Circulation of print materials is now available. Faculty, staff, and graduate students working and studying remotely may still request items for mail delivery or pick-up via online search.

Due to the impracticality of quarantining popular course reserve titles for four days between usage, we have made the decision to move to electronic-only course reserves.

Until further notice, we will no longer circulate our print course reserve materials. Instead, you can use our new “Library Reading List” tool for electronic course reserves, integrated with Brightspace.  Visit us online to learn more, or send us an email at reserves@purdue.edu to get started.

Please return your loaned Libraries' materials to any book drop of your choice. All returned items will be quarantined for four days before being re-shelved. Books and other materials will not be officially "checked in" until after this quarantine period ends. While in quarantine, your returned materials will not incur late fees.

Patrons may return ILL materials to any book return sites.
