If you are looking for a place to study on campus this fall, Purdue University and the Libraries have many socially distant options available both indoors and out!

Please check our Hours page and review our ABLE safety protocol before visiting these locations. All small study rooms and carrels are first come, first served during the Fall 2020 semester. Doors to these study rooms must remain propped open at all times and maximum occupancy signs observed.

*STEW 214A-D and STEW 306 are designated as synchronous study rooms. What does this mean? Seating in these rooms is prioritized for students in need of an on-campus location to connect live and attend online courses scheduled between their in-person courses. Headphones required. Please be aware that some students may be talking in these rooms as they participate in their classes and utilize the space with appropriate social distancing and courtesy.

Purdue University has established several open-air spaces on campus for outdoor study. You can find them on this map or marked with a tent symbol on this campus map.  

South End Zone (Ross-Ade Stadium)
Daily: 9:00AM - 9:00PM 

Stadium Mall Area (northeast of JNSN)

Outside Felix Haas Hall (HAAS)

Agriculture Mall
